SHIPPING


Our standard shipping days are currently Tuesday and Friday, so all orders placed by 6PM the day before (Monday & Thursday at 6PM respectively) will go out on these days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All of our orders ship with a packing slip (with no prices listed) that has both the billing & shipping info on it so if sending as a gift, the recipient will know what awesome person sent them their fun new items! Each order will be packaged carefully and can be gift wrapped for an additional charge.

We are available by email any time, so if you have any questions or would like to arrange for rush delivery, simply contact us and let us know!

DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Single item jewelry and card purchases: $2
- Orders beyond single small items: $5
- All orders over $50: free!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail.

International rates range from:
- $11-$13 for packages under 2lb
- $25-$39 for packages between 2-10 lbs

Shipping charges are automatically tallied after you enter your address in the shopping cart and can be seen prior to entering your credit card information.

Mapify ~ Free Maps for your Shopify Store ~ willotoons.myshopify.com-1We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. We’ll add new countries when requested, as long as your country accepts United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Many of the packages that are returned to us are marked “insufficient address”. You will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to us due to an input error on your part.

Shipping to international destinations normally take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending upon the destination country. USPS International Priority Mail, while very affordable, has no guaranteed arrival time or tracking system, so there are (very rare) occasions where shipments may take a bit longer than 10 business days. Let us know if you have not received your package after two weeks from the shipment date. International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office.

RETURN POLICY

Customers may return merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 30 days from the shipment date. We will not process any returns or exchanges after this period.

Returned items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn, and uncut condition and must include all original, undamaged packaging. Just mail them back to us with the original shipping label and we’ll credit your PayPal account or credit card within 30 days after receiving your return.

NO RETURNS ON JEWELRY
We apologize, but none of our Jewelry is returnable or refundable at any time.

If you purchased your item(s) at an event, you may still make a return or exchange. However, on exchanges, we ask that you include a $5 shipping & handling fee for the return postage.
